1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required

Returns are only accepted within 3 days after delivery
After 3 days, no return or refund requests will be accepted
Customers are advised to check their parcel immediately upon delivery
3. Defective or Damaged Items
We only accept returns for:

Wrong items sent by mistake
In such cases:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue
After verification, we will offer replacement or refund
4. Non-Returnable Items

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

7. Order Cancellation
