At ASHAJEE, we value customer satisfaction and maintain strict quality control. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required

2. Important Condition (Strict Policy)

  • Returns are only accepted within 3 days after delivery

  • After 3 days, no return or refund requests will be accepted

  • Customers are advised to check their parcel immediately upon delivery

3. Defective or Damaged Items

We only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective products

  • Wrong items sent by mistake

In such cases:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue

  • After verification, we will offer replacement or refund

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable unless defective:

  • Makeup and beauty products (if opened/used)

  • Jewelry and personal accessories (hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Any used or altered products

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within the 3-day return window

  • Price difference (if any) will be adjusted


7. Order Cancellation
